As a holistic health coach I’m passionate about educating, empowering and encouraging people to live the life they deserve. This is easily achieved by identifying improved dietary and lifestyle changes. However, what is definitely not so easy is the practical implementation of these changes (no matter how much you desire them).
Consequently, as hard as many people try to be free of their toxic relationships with food, they never quite break free of them. We’re aware that ‘a change imposed is a change opposed’. So if changes in your habits are to succeed, they must come from a deep desire within.
Desired changes that come externally tend to be prefixed with should do, should be, and should have (meaning you don’t own those goals so are less unlikely to succeed at them). We also know will power alone is not enough to change your habits. That’s where I come in to support you.
