- I love good food and the benefits of natural living. I help people use their foods and nature to boost their health, increase their energy, stop their cravings and achieve their life goals, naturally, without the use of drugs, chemicals and surgeries.
I have authored 2 books, I have a private and group coaching program, I'm a home schooling mother to 4 gorgeous (and very loud) children, a loving (well, mostly loving) wife to one and a traveller on this great journey called life :-)

- to live in a tropical village, with like minded loving people, eating home grown organic food, drinking pure water, being kissed by the sun daily, having a clean body, rested existence, spiritually developed, happy healthy whole food children and family not much to ask for really :-)
- My favourite food is...
- mangos, watermelon, raw chocolate, a really fresh salad, spinach orange and banana smoothie, roast potatoes, lentil and vegetable soup and spelt dumplings, coconut lentil, baked salmon and pineapple kefir! with wholegrain rice and baby plum tomatoes, mango kiwi and strawberry salad with cashew cream, baked fish salmon with steamed broccoli (sometimes) and fizzy fruity drinks (sometimes) (so I love food, so what :-)
- The thing about natural health & living I'm most interested in is...
- discovering new foods, making my own products, teaching my children how to be healthy, getting out into nature as often as possible, aromatherapy, herbal medicine, mediation and creative visualisation
- I've decided to join The Natural You Network...
